The new schedule is posted, check classes. It is effective immediately and there are 3 NEW classes for your convenience. Also...due to demand...a 30 day challenge. Starting January 30 and ending on February 28th. It is $90 for the challenge to register and you leave me with a $50 incentive cheque (or cash). If you successfully complete 30 classes in 30 days, I shred your cheque (or return you $50 cash). If for any reason you do not complete 30 classes in 30 days, I keep the cheque. It is fun and challenging and of course we will go for a celebratory lunch at the end of the challenge.

Our new location is at 236 Osborne St. We share the building with Roger Watson Jewellers, Hilltop Research and Focus Chiropractic, next to the Burger King.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Richard Huybers for all his help in aiding us with the build of the new studio. His time and efforts went beyond the call of duty to which we are eternally grateful. Also we would like to thank Pamela Hildebrand, Chris Stranc, Bob and Frances Harris, Roy Huntrods, Jim Huntrods, Petrice Juryn and Eileen Sewchuk.

This location has ample free parking and 3700 square feet of space designed with your yoga experience in mind. First and foremost a healthy environment, low VOC paints, filters from Home Safe Home in the showers taking out chlorine. Filtered drinking water, so we are no longer selling bottled water. If you forget your water you may buy for $1 a compostable cup and get filtered water. The flooring was quite the investigation, carpeting was not a healthy option and most studios are ripping it out for health reasons. Hardwoods are slippery and dangerous and sweat still permeats the cracks. After world wide travel it was suggested by the Bikram staff that the perfect flooring is Neo Floors. We are thrilled to be the first and only studio in Winnipeg with NEO flooring. It is completely water proof, antimicrobial, antimold and antibacterial. We use eco friendly Melaleuca and Norwex for cleaning or just plain old vinegar and water.
